Executive Chef, Adiel Luna
Adiel Romero Luna has been a part of the Barley and Vine team since November of 2017. “I’ve been in the industry for over 13 years. I started as a dishwasher and worked my way up to eventually owning my own restaurant at 21 years old. I’ve learned a lot of my techniques from working with some amazing chefs, but my original culinary inspiration came from my mom. I grew up in Mexico and she taught me her sazón, which is best described as a flavorful, well-seasoned dish. I try to bring that to everything I make in my kitchen. Beautiful – as well as delicious – cooking. I love incorporating different international cuisine in my fusion style of cooking.”
