About Barley + Vine

Located amidst the emerging, vibrant suburb of Lakeville, Barley and Vine appeals to a wide range of diners by offering the comfort and familiarity of casual dining without sacrificing quality or originality. The concept is being led by Hospitality Resource Management (HRM),  a local restaurant group with five unique restaurants around the Twin Cities.

“Our menu aims to be moderately priced and have options for everyone. Barley and Vine is a space that accommodates a variety of moods and events: grabbing a beer after work, meeting your book club, or spending quality time with your family. We want everyone to feel welcomed and relaxed when they visit us”, stated Ben Berry, one of the restaurant’s owners and accredited sommelier and cicerone.

“I have been in the industry for 18 years; working everywhere from food trucks to four-diamond restaurants. My passion is what drives me…I love cooking. Favorite foods to prepare? Hand-made pasta and seafood. In my free time, I love to cook at home and go to farmers markets.”
